The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />The followin§ persons spoke in favor of the Neighborhood Revitalization <br />Program: <br /> <br />Helen Brown, 818 N. Freeman Street <br />Pete Major, 923 N. Olive Street <br />Ina Bliss, 19122 Barrett Lane <br /> <br />Mickey Madden, 2319 N. Rosewood, spoke in opposition to the Neighborhood <br />Revitalization Program. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter.
