The Planning Director presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />Eric Nickelsen spoke in favor of the exemption. There were no other <br />speakers on the matter. The Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Following discussion, MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Luxembourger, <br />to approve and file the Notice of Exemption and instruct the City Attorney <br />to prepare a resolution approving EX 80-36, affirming the decision of the <br />Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion passed on the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Griset, Luxembourger, Markel, Serrato <br />Bricken, Ward, Yamamoto <br />None <br /> <br />CA 13.2 <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT #18 <br />RES NO. 80-206 - ADOPTED <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that this was <br />the time and place for the public <br />hearing on Underground Utility <br />District No. 18. <br /> <br />The Acting Public Works Director presented the staff report and recommend- <br />ations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter.
