<br />:: .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~. <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING ITS <br />BY-LAWS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana, California, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That Article II, Section 7 of the by-laws of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Article II, Section 7, "Recording Secretary" <br /> <br />"The Agency shall designate the €'l:e!!lt-e£--efte <br />Saft~a-Afta-€~~y-€e~fte~'I: Executive Director of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency as the Recording <br />Secretary of the Agency for the purpose of keeping <br />the minutes of the meetings of the Agency, and who <br />shall keep a record of its proceedings and trans- <br />actions. She Recording Secretary shall record all <br />votes and shall keep a record of the proceedings <br />of the Agency in a journal of proceedings to be <br />kept for such purposes". <br /> <br />2. That the Executive Director be, and he is hereby <br />instructed, to certify said amendment to the by-laws and cause <br />the same to be filed and kept in the principle office of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, Calif- <br />ornia, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, for inspection <br />by all persons interested therein, and to the public generally. <br /> <br /> <br />, 1975. <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this <br /> <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />adopted by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana, California, at its ~ meeting <br />held thereof, on the 12 day of Februazv , 1975, by <br />the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />Members: Evans, Garthe, YamaIlDto, Briclœn, Griset, Ward <br />Markel <br />Members: None <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />Members: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />D~rector <br /> <br />~~;;'e ~: ~4~-;~~ary <br /> <br />c~ l/~ <br />
