<br />c-; . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />".. <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT <br />TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />TO: THE HONORABLE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />Article IV, Section 13 of the By-laws of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana provides that <br />said by-laws may be amended only with the approval of at least <br />four (4) members of the Agency at a regular or special meeting <br />after each member has received at least seven days written <br />notice of the proposed amendment. <br /> <br />It is proposed that Article II, "Officers", Section 7, <br />"Recording Secretary", of the by-laws be changed to allow the <br />Executive Director of the Agency to be the recording secretary <br />of the Agency instead of the Clerk of the Santa Ana City Council. <br />Section 7 will read as follows: <br /> <br />"Article II, Section 7, "Recording Secretary" <br /> <br />"The Agency shall designate the eierlt-e~-~e <br />Saft~a-Afta-e~~y-eeafte~i Executive Director of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency as the Recording <br />Secretary of the Agency for the purpose of keeping <br />the minutes of the meetings of the Agency, and who <br />shall keep a record of its proceedings and trans- <br />actions.
