<br />Following discussion, MOTION made by Griset, seconded by Serrato, to
<br />receive and file the Negative Declarations and instruct the City Attorney
<br />to prepare resolutions denying Appeal No. 427, denying VA 80-58; and denying
<br />Appeal No. 428, denying CUP 80-19, affirming the decision of the Planning
<br />Commission, FAILED on the following vote:
