<br />. <br /> <br />(0) City and Other Governmental Agency Permits and Fees. <br />Before commenc~ment of construction or development of any build- <br />ings, structures or other work or improvement upon the Property <br />or any portion thereof, the Redeveloper shall at its own expense <br />secure or cause to be secured any and all permits and pay any <br />and all fees and charges which may be required by the City or <br />any other governmental agency affected by such construction, <br />development or work. The Agency and the Authority shall provid~ <br />all proper assistance to the Redeveloper in securing such permits. <br /> <br />(p) Use of "Santa Ana Towers." Redeveloper agrees to affix <br />the name "Santa Ana Towers" on the structures constructed pursuant <br />to this Agreement and agrees not to use the name "Santa Ana Towers" <br />for any other purpose so long as any of the structures exist on <br />the Senior Citizens Housing, Site shown on Attachment No.1. <br /> <br />(q) Priority to Displaced Low and Moderate Income Persons <br />and Families. Redeveloper agrees that persons or families of low <br />and moderate income displaced by the Redevelopment Project shall <br />be given priority in renting the housing to be developed pursuant <br />to this Agreement. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SEC. 9. MODIFICATIONS OF PART II <br /> <br />(a) conflicts. In the event of any inconsistence or con- <br />flict between the provisions of this Part I and Part II of this <br />Agreement, the provisions of Part I shall prevail over those <br />contained in Part II. <br /> <br />(b) SEC. 101. This Section is deleted in its entirety and <br />a new Section 101 inserted as follows: <br /> <br />SEC. '101. Work To Be Performed by Agency. The Agency <br />shall, prior to conveyance of the Property and without ex- <br />pense.to the Redeveloper, prepare the Property for redeve- <br />lopment by the Redeveloper in accordance with the Urban <br />Renewal Plan and the Agreement. The Agency has undertaken <br />and completed the following Property p~eparation work: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(a) Demolition and Removal. The demolition and removal <br />to the surface elevation of the adjoining ground of <br />all existing buildings, other structures and improve- <br />ments on the Property, including the removal of all <br />bricks, lumber, pipes, equipment and other material, <br />and all debris and rubbish resulting from such demo- <br />n tion. <br /> <br />-16- <br />
