<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.~~j;:~;~~<~:-"~:\, :4.,-> <br /> <br />(a) Scope of Development. ~he Property shall be <br />developed within the limitations established in the <br />"Scope of Development" incorporated herein and attached <br />to this Agreement as Attachment No.4. <br /> <br />(b) Construction Drawings and Related Documents. <br />The Redeveloper shall prepare and submit final construction <br />drawings and related documents to the Agency for archi- <br />tectural review and written approval for the property as <br />provided in the Schedule of Performance. As used in <br />this Agreement "construction drawings" means the same <br />as "architectural drawings" in the FHA process. Final <br />drawings and plans are hereby defined as those in suf- <br />ficient detail to obtain a building permit. Approval <br />of progressively more detailed drawings and specifications <br />will be promptly granted by the Agency if they are not <br />in conflict with drawings or specifications theretofore <br />approved. Any items so submitted and approved in writing <br />by the Agency shall not be subject to subsequent dis- <br />approval. <br /> <br />During the preparation of all drawings and plans, the <br />Agency, the Authority and the Redeveloper shall hold regular <br />progress meetings to coordinate the preparation of, sub- <br />mission to, and review of construction plans and related <br />documents b~ the Agency. Said parties shall communicate <br />and consult informally as frequently as is necessary to <br />insure that the formal submittal of any documents to the <br />Agency can teceive prompt and speedy consideration. <br /> <br />If any revisions or corrections shall be required <br />by any government official, agency, department of bureau <br />having jurisdiction, or any lending institution involved <br />in financing, the Redeveloper, the Authority and the Agency <br />shall cooperate in efforts to obtain waiver of such require- <br />ments or to develop a mutually acceptable alternative. If <br />no such waiver is obtained and no such alternative is de- <br />veloped, the Agency and the Authority shall be bound by <br />such revisions or corrections if they are not inconsistent <br />with the Scope of Development. <br /> <br />(c) Landscaping Plan. The Redeveloper shall prepare <br />and submit to the Agency for approval final landscaping <br />and finish grading plans for the Property. Said plans <br />shall be prepared and submitted within the times set <br />forth in the Schedule of Perforli~nce. <br /> <br />,~:",',.:~~-1 <br />.
