<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(c) SEC. 103. Agency's Responsibilities for Certain Other <br />Actions. Subparagraph (b) of this Section is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />(b) Rep1atting, Resubdivision, Rezonin~ or Zoning <br />Variances. The replatting, resubdivision, rezoning, <br />or obtaining zoning variances, if necessary for the <br />conveyance of the Property. <br /> <br />This Section is further amended by adding the following <br />.paragraph: <br /> <br />. Once public improvements are constructed or com- <br />pleted any changes required by the Redeveloper shall <br />be at the expense of the Redeveloper. The Agency shall <br />not be responsible for the removal, restoration or <br />repair of any pending, finished or completed work which <br />work must be oris removed or otherwise damaged by the <br />Redeveloper in developing the Property. The Redeveloper <br />shall bear all expense for restoring or repairing any <br />such work. The Agency shall coordinate all uncompleted <br />work required under this Section with Redeveloper's <br />schedule and activities so that all work may be com- <br />pleted in a manner consistent with Redeveloper's con- <br />struction efforts. Any other work to be performed by <br />the Agency with reference to the Property shall be as <br />specified in the Scope of Development and within the <br />ti~es specified in the Schedule of Performance. <br /> <br />(d) SEC. 301. <br />Section is deleted <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Plans for Construction of Improvements. This <br />in its entirety and a new Sec~ion 301 is inserted <br /> <br />SEC. 301.
