Ms. Black <br />expressed her thanks to Council. <br /> <br />A proclamation declaring January 12-18, 1981, for "Cerebral Palsy" was pre- <br />sented by Councilman Bricken to Jasper Foletta, President of the Board, <br />Orange County Chapter. Mr. Foletta expressed appreciation for Council's <br />support.
