The Conununity Redevelopment Agency hereby certifies <br />that the Housing Replacement Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" <br />and incorporated by reference, was prepared in conformance with <br />the requirements of California Health and Safety Code Sections <br />33413 and 33413.5. <br /> <br />2.
