The Redeveloper has also agreed to construct approxi- <br />mately 316 units of housing for rental at market rates or a combin~ <br />ation of market rents and subsidized rents for persons and families <br />of low and moderate income, by obtaining either conventional financing <br />or financing pursuant to Section 221d-4 of the National Housing Act <br />of 1937. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />THE PROPOSED REPLACEMENT HOUSING DOES NOT REQUIRE THE APPROVAL <br />OF THE VOTERS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XXXIV OF THE CALIFORNIA <br />C'ONSTITUTION. <br /> <br />The housing proposed is being constructed by <br />Intown Apartments, a limited partnership organized and <br />the Laws of the State of California.
