<br />of all occupied dwelling units were single-family
<br />structures. Median home value was $22,300,and
<br />median monthly rental $122. These values have more
<br />than doubled in the years since the 1970 Census.
<br />The 1977 Survey of Buying Power published by
<br />Sales & Marketing Management, reports the median
<br />household effective buying income in the city to be
<br />$13,347, as compared to Ihe Siale-wide median of
<br />$14,299,
