PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED <br />CODE AMENDMENTS RE CONDOMINIUMS <br />CONTINUED TO 4/20/81 <br /> <br />ownership projects (condominiums). <br /> <br />The Vice Mayor announced that this <br />was the time and place for the <br />public hearing of the proposed <br />Code amendments regarding common <br /> <br />The Principal Planner presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />Dave Crockett, 1035 N. FISHER Street, addressed Council, <br /> expressing concern about a <br /> house which was moved into his <br />neighborhood by the Santa Aha Historic Trust.
