Main <br /> CA 10 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Jules Kerker, 15681 Primrose <br />JULES KERKER Lane, Westminster, CA 92683, <br /> addressed Council, and suggested <br />that Oral Communications take place at the beginning of the afternoon Coun- <br />cil meetings instead of at the end, expressed concern about designation <br />of handicapped parking spaces, and also suggested that elimination of smoking <br />in public areas would result in greater productivity, which would be a <br />savings to the taxpayers. Madellne Evans, Area Coordinator of the Orange County Special <br />Olympics, presented a Special Olympics Plaque to the City, and extended her <br />sincere appreciation to the Council for its dedication to the Special <br />Olypmics Program.
