The City Attorney responded <br />that he had received a request from the Planning Department to bring legal <br />action against McKay Industries relative to the matter, and the City Manager <br />reported any subsequent violations by McKay will automatically be processed <br />for court action. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT At 9:14 a.m., the Council adjourned <br /> by unanimous informal consent. <br /> <br /> /~(ice C.
