LR. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(c) No new information of substantial importance <br />to the Redevelopment Project has become available which <br />shows that the Redevelopment Project will have any <br />significant effects not discussed in the E.I.R. for the <br />Redevelopment Project; or that the significant effects <br />previously examined will be more severe than shown in that <br />E.I.R.; or that any mitigation measures or alternatives <br />exist which would be feasible and would substantially reduce <br />any significant effect of the Redevelopment Project but were <br />either not considered in that E.I.R. or found not to be <br />feasible. . <br /> <br />5.
