<br />ART! ClE I II <br />PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS <br /> <br />301. Supplemental Resolution. Whenever the Agency shall determine to <br />issue the Bonds, it shall adopt a Supplemental Resolution determining that the <br />issuance of Bonds is necessary, as below stated, specifying the principal <br />amount of such Bonds and prescribing the terms and conditions of such Bonds <br />and the Funds and Accounts (if the same are not prescribed herein and are not <br />inconsistent herewith) to be established for the security and payment therefor. <br /> <br />302. Provisions for Issuance of Bonds. The Supplemental Resolution <br />shall contain a determination or ratification of a previous determination by <br />the Agency that the principal amount of such Bonds is necessary for the <br />purpose of purchasing Mortgage loans to provide Financing for the Residential <br />Mortgage Financing Program for. the Projects, and shall, in addition to <br />provisions elsewhere herein authorized or required, specify: <br /> <br />issued; <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />The purpose or purposes for which such Bonds are being <br /> <br />Bonds; <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The authorized principal amount and denominations of such <br /> <br />(3) The form or forms, title and designation of, and the manner <br />of numbering and lettering, such Bonds; <br /> <br />(4) The portion of the Bonds which are Term Bonds (if any) and <br />the portion of the same which are Serial Bonds (if any); <br /> <br />(5) The date or dates of maturity of such 80nds, and the Issue <br />Date of such Bonds; <br /> <br />(6) The amount and Principal Installment Date of each Principal <br />Installment for Serial 80nds, if any, and for Term Bonds, if any, required by <br />such Supplemental Resolution to be paid by the Agency for the retirement of <br />any of such Bonds; <br /> <br />(7) The Paying Agent or Paying Agents appointed by such <br />Supplemental Resolution for such Bonds and place or places of payment; <br /> <br />(8) The rate or rates of interest, or the manner of determining <br />such rate or rates of interest, on such Bonds and the Interest Payment Dates <br />of such Bonds; <br /> <br />(9) The Redemption Prices applicable to such Bonds; <br /> <br />(10) The manner in which such Bonds are to be sold and provisions <br />for the sale thereof; <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br />
