<br />812. Creation of Liens. The Agency shall not issue any Bonds or other <br />evidences of indebtedness, other than the Bonds authorized herein and secured <br />by a pledge of the Revenues and the Mortgage Loans under this Resolution, and <br />shall not create or cause to be created any 1 ien or charge on the Revenues and <br />the Mortgage Loans superior to the liens created by this Resolution; provided, <br />however, that nothing in this Resolution shall prevent the Agency from issuing <br />evi dences of indebtedness secured by a pledge of Revenues and the Mortgage <br />Loans to be in full force and effect after such date as the pl edge of such <br />Revenues and moneys shall be discharged and satisfied as provided in Article <br />XIV, or from issuing notes or bonds (whether or not under other resolutions in <br />order to fund the Residential Mortgage Financing program or other programs of <br />the Agency) of the Agency secured by assets and revenues of the Agency other <br />than the Revenues and Mortgage Loans. <br /> <br />47 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br />
