Additional comments and information were given by the City Manager, the <br />Chief of Planning and Zoning, and Assistant City Manager Swanson. <br /> <br />Following further discussion, MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Markel, <br />to approve and file the Negative Declaration, and instruct the City Attorney <br />to prepare a resolution denying Appeal No. 450, denying CUP 81-8, and affirm- <br />ing the decision of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Vote was taken as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Bricken, Griset, Markel, McGuigan, <br />Acosta, Luxembourger, Serrato <br />None <br /> <br />Councilmember McGuigan stated she had voted incorrectly and requested a <br />revote.
