Spurgeon <br />Chip Chaplain (no address given) <br />Doug Neff (no address given) <br /> <br />The following persons spoke in opposition to the amendment application: <br /> <br />Don Lucin (no address given) <br />John Yunken, 1141Castleby Lane <br />Ralph Hartman, Wellington and Garfield <br /> <br />Leticia Smith and John Michael, owners of property located at the southeast <br />corner of loth and Bush Streets, stated they were not against the rezoning, <br />but requested that area which included their property not be included as <br />there was no building on the site. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter. The Mayor closed the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Following discussion, MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Luxembourger, <br />to continue consideration of Amendment Application No. 858 to September 21, <br />1981. <br /> <br />Motion passed on the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Acosta, Oricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Markel <br /> McGuigan, Serrato <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Hal Thomas, member of the Cultural Heritage Evaluation Committee answered <br />questions posed by Council regarding the rezoning.
