DYER ROAD was the time and place for the <br />CA INSTRUCTED public hearing of Appeal Appli- <br /> cation No. 456, filed by Stewart <br />Roth Antiques appealing the Planning Commission's denial of Conditional <br />Use Permit No. 81-6 to allow retail sales of antique furniture at 750 E. <br />Dyer Road in the M2 District. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />Stewart Roth, 810 N. French Street, spoke in favor of the appeal request- <br />ing that it be approved with a termination date of December 30, 1982. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter. FIRST ST. was the time and place for the <br />CONT'D TO 11/2/81 public hearing of Appeal Appli- <br /> cation No. 452, filed by Jose <br />and Eulogio Bonnilla appealing the Zoning Administrator's denial of Minor <br />Exception No. 81-20 to allow off-sale beer and wine (Type "20" License) <br />in an existing market in a retail center at 1340 W. First Street in the <br />C1 District. <br /> <br />At the request of Rick A.
