FOR ECONOMIC SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute, on behalf of said Agency, that certain "Third <br />Amendment to Agreement Between the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Keyser Marston <br />Associates, Inc.," form dated 2/20/80, a copy of which is on <br />file in the office of the Executive Director of said Agency, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 26th day of <br />1980, by the following vote: <br /> <br />February, <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Coil, Godinez, Hill, Nalle <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Jessee, Newcomb, Orr <br /> <br /> <br />-4.~ ' <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RICHARD E.
