. . . . KLG:adg 2/20/80 THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC. THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 26th day of , 1980, by and between the February Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, a public body, corporate and politic, hereinafter referred to as "Agency," and Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," WIT N E SSE T H Reci tals: 1. Agency and Contractor entered into an agreement dated September 19, 1977, for economic and consulting services relating to proposals for development within Agency's Community Redevelopment Project and for certain technical advice, assistance and services in connection with Agency activities, which said agreement was amended by the parties on or about June 6,1978 and April 10,1979, and as so amended is hereinafter referred to as "said agreement." 2. The parties desire to amend said agreement, as heretofore amended, by increasing the total compensation payable thereunder from the total sum of forty-seven thousand dollars ($47,000.00) to the total sum of fifty-nine thousand dollars ($59,000.00), in order to provide compensation to Contractor for services rendered in connection with Agency activities from and after the date hereof. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the respective and mutual covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all the terms and conditions hereof, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 21\1 .
