<br />COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT A1Alferos, Executive Director,
<br />PACIFIC ASIAN AMERICAN CENTER Pacific Asian American Center,
<br /> presented an overview of the
<br /> Center's activities, stating
<br />that the Center has provided job counseling, job placement, translation
<br />and interpretation services, individual and group counseling, and transpor-
<br />tation services since 1974. Mr. Alferos said that the largest percentage
<br />of clientele reside in Santa Ana. Mayor Bricken presented Mr. Alferos
<br />with a City Seal Tile Plaque in appreciation of the services provided
