Following discussion, MOTION was made by Luxembour§er, seconded by McGuigan, to approve the list of proposed projects for General Revenue Sharing funding for fiscal year 1981-82 as follows: Special Facilities Equipment Maintenance Fund $ 188,200 Computer Services 17,500 Capital Improvement Programs 3,103,690 Capital Outlay Requests 526,150 Grand Total $3,835,540 Motion passed on the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, McGuigan, Serrato Markel Acosta PUBLIC HEARING ORD. NO. NS-1602 REV. OFF-STREET PARKING STDS. ORDINANCE ADOPTED The Mayor opened the public hearing on Ordinance No. NS-1602 regarding revision to the off- street parking standards of the zoning regulations. The Chief of Planning gave the staff report and recommendations. The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. There were no speakers on the matter. The Mayor closed the public hearing. Following discussion, MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by McGuigan, to place on second reading and adopt the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. NS-1602 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTIONS 41-614, 41-615, 41-617(i), 41-617(k), 41-617(1), AND 41-617(m) OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADDING SECTIONS 41-616,5 AND 41-638.1 THERETO, TO REVISE THE OFF-STREET PARKING STANDARDS OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS.
