FIRST ST. hearing on Appeal No. 455 <br />CA INSTRUCTED filed by Cao Gia Phuoc appeal- <br /> ing the Zoning Administrator's <br />denial of Minor Exception 81-25 to all ow on-sale beer and wine (Type "41" <br />License) in an existing restaurant at 2317 W. First Street in the C2 <br />District. <br /> <br />The Chief of Planning presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />Mr. Cao Gia Phuoc, 2317 W. First Street, spoke in favor of the appeal. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter.
