That the Historical Rehabilitation Financing <br />Program set forth in Ordinance No. NS-1519 of the City of <br />Santa Ana and Resolution No. 80-86, which ordinance and <br />resolution are hereby incorporated herein by this refßrence <br />as though fully set forth, is hereby adopted as the <br />Historical Rehabilitation Financing Program of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, for purposes <br />of the Marks Historical Rehabilitation Act of 1976. <br /> <br />2.
