Councilmember <br />Griset presented Jennie Casamina, President of Civic Center Barrio Hous- <br />ing Corporation, with a City Seal Tile Plaque in recognition of the <br />services of the Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation. CA 9.3 <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - APPEAL #459 The Mayor opened the public <br />CUP 81-13 - 1111S. HARBOR hearing of Appeal Application <br />CA INSTRUCTED No. 459, filed by Foster & <br /> Kleiser, appealing the Planning <br />Commission's denial of Conditional Use Permit No. 81-13 to all ow construc- <br />tion of an off-premise advertising sign exceeding 35 feet in height at <br />1111S.
