EUCLID STREET hearing of Amendment Application <br />ORD. NO. NS-1618 - 1ST READ- No. 864 filed by Sam Doukas and <br />ING & PUBLICATION OF TITLE Donald Ogden, to rezone proper- <br /> ty at 622 & 630 S. Euclid from <br />the R1 (Single Family Residential) to the C5 (Arterial Commercial) Dis- <br />trict. <br /> <br />The Chief of Planning presented the staff report and recommendations. <br />There were no written communications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter.
