Euclid from the R1 (Single Family Residential) to the C5 (Arterial Commercial) Dis- trict. The Chief of Planning presented the staff report and recommendations. There were no written communications. There were no speakers on the matter. The Mayor closed the public hear- ing. MOTION was made by McGuigan, seconded by Markel, to approve and file the Negative Declaration, and place the following ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title: ORDINANCE NO.
