BAKER hearing of Appeal Application <br />CA INSTRUCTED No. 461 filed by the Church <br /> of Jesus Christ, appealing <br />the Planning Commission's denial of Conditional Use Permit No. 81-16, <br />to move an existing church onto property in the R1 District (833-903 <br />N. Baker Street). <br /> <br />The Chief of Planning presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />There were no written communications. <br /> <br />The following persons and several who did not leave Requests to Speak <br />with the Clerk to the Council spoke in favor of the relocation: <br /> <br />Frank Ciotti, 19052 Smiley Dr., Orange <br />Santina M. Louise <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter.
