NS-1621 - 1ST READING & PUBLICATION OF TITLE The Mayor opened the public hearing of Amendment Applica- tion No. 870, filed by Anthony J. Florentine, to re- zone property on the west side of Grand Avenue between Fruit and Stafford Streets from the SD-lO (Specific Development #10) to the LP (Limited Professional) District. The Chief of Planning presented the staff report and recommendations. There were no written communications. There were no speakers on the matter. The Mayor closed the public hear- ing. MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Acosta, to approve and file the Negative Declaration, and place the following ordinance on first read- ing and authorize publication of title: ORDINANCE NO. NS-1621 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 870 TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF GRAND AVENUE BETWEEN FRUIT AND STAFFORD STREETS FROM THE SD-lO (SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT #10) DISTRICT TO THE LP (LIMITED PROFESSIONAL) DISTRICT AND AMENDING SECTION- AL DISTRICT MAP 7-5-9.
