At the regular meeting <br />of the Agency, the following will be the <br />order of business: <br /> <br />l. <br />2. <br /> <br />Roll call <br />Approval of the minutes of the <br />previous meeting <br />Communications <br />Report from the secretary <br />Report of Committees <br />Unfinished business <br />New business <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br /> <br />Resolutions. All written resolutions shall <br />be designated by number, reference to <br />which shall be inscribed in the minutes <br />and an approved copy shall be filed <br />in the official Book of Resolutions of <br />the Agency. <br /> <br />Continuances. A continuance may be requested <br />in writing or orally by any person. At the <br />discretion of the chairman, a hearing may be <br />had on the request. Such motion for con- <br />tinuance shall be voted upon before the <br />opening of the public hearing on the matter <br />for which the continuance is granted. The <br />continuance, if granted, may be for a time <br />determined by the Agency. <br /> <br />Manner of Voting. The voting on written <br />resolut1ons, and on such matters as may be <br />requested by any Agency member, shall be <br />by roll call vote, and the ayes and noes and <br />members present not voting shall be entered <br />upon the minutes of such meeting, except <br />where there is an election of officers of <br />the Agency, which election may be by ballot, <br />if the vote is announced. In the event <br />a member who is not disqualified abstains <br />from voting, then such abstention shall <br />constitute concurrence in the motion and <br />the recording secretary shall set forth in <br />the minutes that the matter was passed <br />pursuant to this rule. <br /> <br />11./Cf <br /> <br />4 <br />
