Councilmember Luxembourger com- ALARCON - 201-203 E. 4TH merited, regarding the Alcoholic REC'D & FILED Beverage License application for 201-203 East Fourth, that the restaurant, was located in a new building revamped in the area; that it was a bona fide eating place within the confines of a bigger environment, that the people were trying to revitalize this area; and he could not see why there is an objection to this license in this particular area.
