Prior to the issuance of demolition permits, a remediation <br />plan shall be prepared and approved by the City of Santa <br />Ana to remove asbestos containing building materials. <br /> <br />. The removal of asbestos containing building materials shall <br />be conducted by a state licensed contractor. <br /> <br />C. Be located on a site which is located on a list of <br />hazardous material sites compiles pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 659662.5 and, as a result, would it create a <br />significant hazard to the public or the environment? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's Fire Department, the project site is not <br />identified as a hazardous material site. Implementation of the <br />proposed project would not create a significant hazard to the <br />public or the environment. <br /> <br />D. For a project located within an airport land use plan or <br />where such a plan has not been adopted, within two miles <br />where a public airport or public use airport, would the <br />project result in a safety hazard for people residing or <br />working in the project area? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the Orange County Airport Environs Land Use Plan, <br />the project site is not located within an accident potential <br />zone, clear zone or FAA Notification Area. Therefore, <br />implementation of the proposed project would not result in any <br />airport related safety hazards to people residing in or working <br />within the project area. <br /> <br />VIII.
