<br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would only require conventional <br />construction equipment and building practices. No significant <br />ground borne noise impacts or ground borne vibration impacts <br />would be associated with the proposed project. <br /> <br />D. A substantial temporary or periodic increase in ambient <br />noise levels in the project vicinity above levels existing <br />without project. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Construction activities and construction equipment staging <br />operations associated with the proposed project could <br />potentially result in noise impacts to nearby residential land <br />uses. Construction operations for the proposed project would be <br />required to comply with City's Noise Ordinance. Construction <br />hours would be limited to 7 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday, 8 <br />AM to 8 PM Saturday, and not permitted on Sundays or federal <br />holidays. Compliance with the noise ordinance would reduce <br />short-term construction noise impacts to a level considered less <br />than significant. To ensure compliance with the City's Noise <br />Ordinance, the following project enhancement shall be <br />implemented. <br /> <br />Project Enhancement Measure <br /> <br />. Grading, Demolition and Building Plans for the proposed <br />project shall specify that construction activities shall be <br />limited to the hours of 7 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday, 8 <br />AM to 8 PM Saturday, and not permitted on Sundays or federal <br />holidays. <br /> <br />E.
