<br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan, the project site is not <br />included within any habitat conservation plan or any natural <br />community conservation plan. <br /> <br />X. MINERAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. Result in the loss of availability of a locally important <br />mineral resource recovery site delineated on a local <br />general plan, specific plan or other land use plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan there are no areas <br />designated as Significant Mineral Aggregate Resource Areas. <br />Therefore, implementation of the proposed project would not <br />result in the loss of any regionally or locally important <br />mineral resource. <br /> <br />XI. NOISE <br /> <br />A. Exposure of persons to or generation of noise levels in <br />excess of standards established in local general plan or <br />noise ordinance, or applicable standards of other agencies. <br />C. A substantial per.manent increase in ambient noise levels in <br />the project vicinity above levels existing without the <br />project. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project involves the construction of a church and <br />parish hall and offsite parking area. The project site is <br />surrounded by residential uses. The proposed project would not <br />significantly increase traffic volumes and associated mobile <br />source noise impacts in the project area. Additionally, the <br />project includes a request to construct a 6-foot high block wall <br />around the parking area of the church and along the offsite <br />parking area. The proposed block wall would reduce potential <br />noise impacts generated from the proposed parking area. <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not significantly <br />increase ambient noise levels or expose people to noise levels <br />In excess of City standards. <br /> <br />B.
