The Fire Department has <br />indicated that adequate emergency access would be provided. <br /> <br />F Result In Inadequate parking capacity <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Per the City's Zoning Code, a total of 74 parking spaces are <br />required. A total of 51 of the parking spaces would be on-site <br />with 28 spaces on Site 1 and the remaining 23 spaces provided <br />offsite on the adjacent Site 2.
