<br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />SUMMARY MINUTES <br /> <br />February 23, 2005 <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2005-02 <br />10:38 A.M. <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Adams, Zoning Administrator, opened the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Karen Haluza, Principal Planner; Verny Carvajal, Associate <br />Planner; Truong Nguyen, Applicant/Owner; Dung Sam, Designer; and Rosa Barela, <br />Acting Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Verny Carvajal, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams asked Mr. Truong if the properties would be sold. Mr. Truong answered <br />he plans on keeping the properties for family use. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams inquired on the driveway. Mr. Carvajal noted there would be a reciprocal <br />agreement for access of the shared driveway. Discussion ensued on the length and <br />width of the driveway and the block wall between the driveways. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams noted concern on the 14-foot wide driveways with the block wall adding <br />there may be awkward turning movements for vehicles. Mr. Adams requested that <br />Mr. Carvajal work with the Public Works Agency on the driveways. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams inquired if Mr. Truong had any questions and if he agreed with the <br />conditions of approval.
