The lowest <br />base bid was submitted by Fleming Environmental, Inc. for $328,264.50 <br />which is above the Engineer's estimate of $239,285.00. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Environmental Review Nos. 2003-339 and 2003-331 have been completed and a <br />Negative Declaration has been filed for this project, pursuant to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The Funding Analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$458,500 for the project (Exhibit 2).
