<br />City Place <br />Focused Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />Findings and Facts in Support of Findings <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />N-5 <br /> <br />Noise insulation would be installed to ensure that California's title 24 interior noise <br />standard of 45 dBA CNEL is achieved for tbose residences abutting Main Street, <br />Memory Lane and Lawson Way. This noise insulation would include sound rated <br />doorways, windows, baffling and other measures to ensure compliance of the interior <br />noise standard. An acoustic engineer shall be retained during the design and installation <br />of the noise insulation to ensure the required level of noise attenuation meets interior <br />noise standards. An acoustical report shall be prepared and approved that identifies the <br />building materials needed to meet the Title 24 Interior Noise Standard. <br /> <br />Level of Significance of Imoacts Related to Ooerational Interior Noise Impacts <br /> <br />The adverse impacts of the City Place project related to operational interior noise will be <br />mitigated to below a level of significance based on the implementation of mitigation measure N- <br />5. <br /> <br />4.2.5 <br /> <br />Impacts Related to Traffic <br /> <br />Findings Related to Impacts at Intersection of Main Street and La Veta Avenue <br /> <br />Changes, or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br />substantially lessen the significant environmental effect as identified in the EIR. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Finding Related to Impacts At the Intersection of Main Street and La <br />Veta Avenue <br /> <br />As discussed in Section 4.9 of the ErR, for the 2006 traffic conditions, the intersection of Main <br />Street and La Veta Avenue will operate at unacceptable LOS E both with and without the project <br />during the PM peak.
