City Place Focused Environmental Impact Report Findings and Facts in Support of Findings . N-5 Noise insulation would be installed to ensure that California's title 24 interior noise standard of 45 dBA CNEL is achieved for tbose residences abutting Main Street, Memory Lane and Lawson Way. This noise insulation would include sound rated doorways, windows, baffling and other measures to ensure compliance of the interior noise standard. An acoustic engineer shall be retained during the design and installation of the noise insulation to ensure the required level of noise attenuation meets interior noise standards. An acoustical report shall be prepared and approved that identifies the building materials needed to meet the Title 24 Interior Noise Standard.
