VOTING DELEGATE MOTION was made by Luxembourger, LEAGUE OF CA CITIES seconded by Bricken, to designate CONF. 10/82 Councilmember McGuigan as the MCGUIGAN~ GRISET APPT'D voting delegate, and Councilmember Griset as the alternate, for the League of California Cities Annual Conference to be held in San Diego in October, 1982.
