Following discussion, MOTION was made by Bricken, seconded by Acosta, to <br />instruct the City Attorney to approve and file the Negative Declaration, <br />and prepare a resolution denying Appeal No. 465, denying VA 82-5, and <br />affirming the decision of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion passed on the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Acosta, Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Markel, Serrato <br />McGuigan <br />None <br /> <br />CA 13.3 <br /> <br />APPEAL NO. 466 - VA 82-7 Following consideration of a <br />1322 W. 5TH STREET written communication from Dennis <br />CONT'D TO 11/1/82 Lowry, Engineering Technology, <br /> Inc., requesting a continuance of <br />Appeal No. 466, filed by Advanced Mobile Phone Service, appealing the <br />Planning Commission's denial of Variance 82-7, to allow installation of a <br />154' antenna at 1322 West 5th Street which is not a permitted use in the <br />C1 District, MOTION was made by Bricken, seconded by Luxembourger, to <br />continue action on Appeal No. 466 to November 1, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion passed on the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Acosta, Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Markel, <br /> McGuigan, Serrato <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />CA 13.3 <br /> <br />APPEAL NO. 467 - VA 82-6 The Director of Planning and <br />2202 W. FIFTH STREET Development Services stated <br />WITHDRAWN that he received a request from <br />PLAN. C~M. DEC.
