Following discussion, MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Bricken to refer the matter back to the Planning Commission for consideration, specifically directing its attention to the possible exchange of existing si9ns for future si9ns, and determination of sign value. EUCLID STREET seconded by Luxembourger, REFERRED TO PLANNING COMM. to refer back to the Planning Commission Appeal No. 469, filed by Independent Outdoor Advertising, appealing the Planning Com- mission's denial of Conditional Use Permit 82-10, to allow an outdoor advertising sign at 109-113 North Euclid Street in the C2 District.
