The City will provide front-end <br />documents, including notice inviting bids, instructions to bidders, bidder's information, agreement, bond and <br />insurance forms, and general conditions. Boyle will prepare complete reference specifications and/or special <br />provisions. Include appropriate federal provisions. <br /> <br />Provide a listing and copy of all standard plans required for the project in the Appendix of the specification. If <br />Standard Plans from sources other than the City or the Standard Plans for Public Works construction are called <br />for, provide copies. <br /> <br />Specifications will be prepared in Microsoft Word using Boyle's modified CSI for the technical specifications. <br /> <br />Task 16 - Project Meetings <br /> <br />We plan to meet with City staff at least monthly to provide project status reports, updated schedules, and a list of <br />outstanding issues and coordination required. The project status reports will be separated by project and will <br />identify the status of tasks, impending problems, and proposed solutions. In addition, we will be available to meet <br />with City staff as required. <br /> <br />Task 17 - Bidding Phase Services <br /> <br />Assistance will be provided to City staff during construction bidding, including review and recommendation for <br />approval of addenda and clarification to the plans and specificalions. Our proposed Project Manager, Nancy <br />Boyer. will attend the pre-bid meetings, respond to Rfls and Addendums, and bid evaluation. Project staff will <br />attend the pre-construction conference and will be available to answer any questions that may arise. <br /> <br />Task 18 - Construction Phase Services <br /> <br />Boyle Staff will also altend the pre-construction meeting with the construction contractor. We will review shop <br />drawings and materials submitted, and make comments and recommendations as required. Informal field <br />investigations, including the marking of removal areas, will be performed. As requested, we will be available for <br />on-site review of construction. <br /> <br />Task 19 - Construction Phase Survey <br /> <br />Construction surveying will be provided, including staking to layout rough and finished grades. final <br />monumentation of centerline ties and right-of-way comers will be performed. <br /> <br />04/11-061-062-0C-PR <br /> <br />40f4 <br /> <br />saVLE <br />
