ALTON AVE. filed by Designer Shoe Ware- <br />CONT'D TO 1/2/83 house appealing the Planning <br /> Commission's denial of Condi- <br />tional Use Permit No. 82-14 to allow continued operation of a retail <br />shoe sales business in an industrial park complex at 1525 W. Alton <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />The Chief of Planning presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />Frank Valdez, 970 W. 17th Street, attorney representing the applicant, <br />requested a 30-day continuance. <br /> <br />John Croul, 1603 W.
