NEWHOPE filed by Toyo Landscaping <br />CA INSTRUCTED Company, appealing tile Planning <br /> Commission's denial of Variance <br />No. 82-15 to allow a growing yard, office and vehicle storage at 302 S. <br />Newhope. <br /> <br />The Chief of Planning presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported two written communications, a letter <br />and a petition against the appeal containing 20 signatures from William <br />Hime. <br /> <br />Peter Musielski, 335 Centennial Way, Tustin, attorney representing the <br />applicant, spoke in favor of the appeal. <br /> <br />William Hime, 4602 E. Don Place, spoke against the appeal. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
