Equipment engines shall be maintained in good condition and in <br />proper tune according to manufacturer's specifications. <br /> <br />23. To the extent feasible, gasoline powered equipment shall be <br />used for onsite and offsite construction activities. <br /> <br />24. In the event unknown cultural resources are encountered during <br />construction operations, all construction activity within the <br />immediate vicinity of the discovery shall halt and the City's <br />Environmental Coordinator shall be contacted for appropriate <br />action. <br /> <br />25. Any material collected shall be donated to a local <br />institution, which has the proper facilities for curation, <br />display and use by interested parties. The discovery shall be <br />described in a report, which receives sufficient distribution <br />to insure its availability to future researchers. <br /> <br />26. Prior to the issuance of a grading permit, the applicant shall <br />submit for review and approval a surface drainage/grading <br />plan/erosion control plan, prepared by registered Civil <br />Engineer, showing the direction and means of flow to adjacent <br />streets. The plan is to include existing and proposed <br />elevations at and adj acent to all property lines.
