<br />Structural Best <br />Management <br />Practices, which <br />would apply to this <br />project. <br />Building plans for the Prior to Building/Planning <br />proposed project shall reflect Building Agency <br />that restaurant uses be fitted Permits <br />with a grease interceptor to <br />the size and capacity as <br />designated by the Building <br />Safety Division of the City of <br />Santa Ana to mitigate <br />impacts on the local sanitary <br />sewer system and regional <br />water quality. Such grease <br />interceptor shall be regularly <br />maintained so as to remain <br />fully functional. <br />The proposed project would Prior to Public Works <br />be subject to City of Santa Building Agency <br />Ana Federal Clean Water Permits <br />Protection Enterprise Fees. <br />Prior to issuance of a grading Prior to Public Works <br />permit, the project applicant grading Agency <br />shall submit a final surface Permits <br />water runoff evaluation for <br />review and approval showing <br />existing and proposed <br />facilities and methods of <br />draining the site without <br />exceeding the capacity of any <br />street or adjacent storm drain <br />facility. <br />Prior to the issuance of Prior to Public Works <br />building permits the project Building Agency <br />applicant shall be responsible Permits <br />for the construction of onsite <br />storm drain systems. <br />Prior to the recordation of a Prior to Building/Planning <br />final subdivision map or the Grading Agency <br />issuance of any grading Permits <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />75C-145 <br />
