This <br />Request for Proposal does not and shall not commit the City of Santa <br />Ana or their agents to enter into any agreement, to pay any costs <br />incurred in preparation of the submittals, or to procure or contract for <br />services or supplies. <br /> <br />2.8.3 Provide any additional information, including promotional material, that <br />highlights experience or expertise which is relevant and directly <br />applicable to this project.
