<br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />MARCH 23, 2005 <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2005-04 (COUNTY MAP NO. 2004-241) <br /> <br />Ms. Maya De Rosa, Acting Zoning Administrator, opened the public hearing at 10:50 a.m. in <br />the City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Jeff Kaylor, Applicant; Ann Ni, Case Planner; Karen Haluza; <br />Principal Planner and Martha Ramirez, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Ann Ni presented the staff report and recommendations to reconfigure five existing parcels <br />into two industrial parcels for the properties at 2621 South Susan Street and 3121 West <br />Central Avenue. <br /> <br />Public Comments: <br /> <br />Mr. Kaylor referred to Project Description, "The subdivision will begin by subdividing a 25- <br />foot by 360-foot Pacific Railroad parcel into two equal sections..." and would like the staff <br />report modified to state there would actually be unequal sections. Otherwise he <br />understood and agreed with the staff report. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator made an action to approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 2005-04 (County <br />Map No. 2004-241) as conditioned. <br /> <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:54 a.m. <br /> <br />Martha Ramirez <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />318-12 <br />
